Body Awareness and Self Care *

This training touches upon various physical, emotional, and spiritual processes that may bring known or hidden issues to the surface, as well as presenting opportunities to examine and heal them. How would describe your relationship with your body? What kind of self-care do you engage in to ground and nurture yourself through transformative experiences? This information is strictly confidential and helps me identify and address particular challenges that may arise for you in the course of this work.

This course unfolds over the course of 7 months. While it is not required to attend all sessions, I expect all students to make a good faith effort to attend live sessions whenever possible and to participate in the community of learning with others. Although all sessions will be recorded (except for periods of personal sharing), this course was not to designed to be consumed privately.

Each participant will have 3 opportunities for one-on-one consultations with me after each module to discuss their progress, ask questions, and receive personal guidance on their path. If you find yourself struggling to keep up with the pace of the course, please reach out to discuss. I can help!

This course culminates with an opportunity to be witnessed in taking vows to the goddess Hekate as devotee and/or priestess. These vows are voluntary (if you feel the course and your own work have prepared you for a formal commitment); they are not a requirement. Your vows, if you choose to make them, are between you and the Goddess.
