Refund policy
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Candles, Planners, and Art prints are fulfilled by an external manufacturer. Shipping estimates for these products are calculated by the fulfillment company and I am not involved in the packing, shipping or transit process of these products.
No returns are available for these products; however if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, I will offer you store credit for 3 months from your original purchase date. Please provide photos of any damages or flaws in your purchase to thewildempress@gmail.com so that I can follow up with your credit.
READINGS
You may cancel or reschedule an Reading or Guidance session up to 24 hours before your appointment and receive store credit for a future booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may receive a 50% store credit for the missed booking. If you do not show up to the appointed Zoom and have not canceled, rescheduled, or provided any communication, you will not be eligible for any store credit.
No refunds or credits are given for services rendered.
CLASSES
You may request a store credit for classes you have registered for up until the day of the first class. After the class has begun, no credits will be offered.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No refunds or credit are available for digital purchases.
EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
STORE CREDIT
Once I’ve received your photos of damage or investigated a lost shipment, I will let you know the status of your store credit by email. If approved, you’ll receive a store gift card code within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return but you haven't received the store gift card, please contact me at thewildempress@gmail.com.
